If Winnipeg skies were the first he laid his eyes on, Thunder Bay helped seal the qualities of integrity, hard work, professionalism, and business ethics in him that has ensured his 19 year long success in the real-estate career.

Having been given the opportunity of managing and being a part of the three-decade-old Century 21 Partners Realty Inc., owned by his Father-in-law, Don Stasiuk, he has been at the helm of many successful deals for the company in Thunder Bay area.

From 2019 to 2023, Neil further honed his expertise while working at StreetCity Realty Inc., where he continued to build on his reputation for delivering exceptional service and results.

In 2023, Neil embarked on a new chapter in his real estate career by opening and Signature North Realty Inc. with his friend and mentor, Diane Erickson. This new venture reflects his commitment to providing exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. Drawing on his years of experience and the strong relationships he’s cultivated throughout his career, Neil is dedicated to growing Signature North Realty into a trusted and client-focused brokerage that meets the diverse needs of the Thunder Bay community.
